One of London’s oldest traditions, and free to watch. The Lord Mayor’s Show takes over the City on Saturday 14 November 2026.

The procession leaves Mansion House at 11am. You do not need a ticket to watch from the street.
Who is the new Lord Mayor?
Alderman Bronek Masojada, from Billingsgate ward, was elected on 29 September. He becomes the 698th Lord Mayor of the City of London and takes over from Dame Susan Langley. He formally takes office at the Silent Ceremony in Guildhall on Friday 13 November, the day before the Show.
The route
The official route and timetable for 2026 have not been published yet. The Show’s website says the details are coming soon. We will add them here when they are out.
Same day
The EFG London Jazz Festival is on its second day, and England play Japan at Twickenham. More in things to do in London in November.
