Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2026: dates, opening hours and how entry works

19 November to 3 January. Off-peak entry is free but still has to be booked, and there is a second way to get in for free.

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland at night

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland returns on Thursday 19 November 2026 and runs until Sunday 3 January 2027. It is open every day except Christmas Day, and the last day is a family fun day, with details still to come.

On most days it opens at 10am and closes at 10pm, with last entry at 9:30pm. Some mornings start later, so check before you go:

  • Opens at 12pm: 19, 20, 23 to 26 and 30 November, and 2 December
  • Opens at 2pm: 1 December
  • Opens at 11am: 27 November, 3 to 4, 7 to 11 and 14 to 18 December, and 28 December to 1 January

How entry works

Everyone needs to book an entry slot in advance, including for the free ones. Off-peak slots cost nothing to enter, and the organisers say they have added more of them this year, around half a million. Peak slots, mostly later in the day and at weekends, are the most expensive. When we checked, the official ticket guide listed entry prices of £1, £5.50 and £8.25 across its slot types, with booking fees now included in the price shown.

There is a second way in for free: spend more than £25 in a single online order, for example on rides or the circus, and entry is included. Advance prices apply until 11:59pm the day before your visit. Klarna is available on orders over £50.

A new show, Gandeys K-Pop Dragon Circus, joins the line-up, and there will be Christmas concerts by candlelight. Rides, the ice rink and the food stalls are paid separately from entry.

Getting there

Hyde Park Corner and Marble Arch stations are the closest. On busy evenings it is often quicker to walk across the park from Knightsbridge than to queue at the nearest exit.
